My project 3265 26th St, San Francisco, CA 94110. The studio project will be a senior living center. A client is a nonprofit group, which has purchased an existing two-story office building with10,874 sq. ft. gross.The average age of the residents is 75 years old. The center has to provide private condominiums, community activity spaces, dining facility, onsite nursing care.

Giving residents unrestricted access to a secure outdoor space, and considering using blinds on the ceiling for sunblock.

Providing each resident with a private bedroom where the person can be alone and keep personal belongings, helping the resident to feel secure and express a degree of territoriality.
